Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping pan India on all orders. No minimum order value required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India. Metro cities may receive orders sooner.
Do you ship across all of India?
Yes, we deliver to all cities and states across India.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be in dispatch. Please contact us immediately at luxureign24service@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 7405724755.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges on delivered orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will resolve it immediately — see below.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We sincerely apologise for any such error. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and we will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds for damaged or wrong products are processed within 5–7 business days after verification. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

What fabric are your t-shirts made from?
All Luxureign t-shirts are made from 100% pure cotton — breathable, soft, and perfectly suited for India's climate.
Is the embroidery real or printed?
It is real machine embroidery — not screen printing, not heat transfer, not iron-on. The stitches are raised, tactile, and precise.
Will the embroidery fade after washing?
No. We use fade-resistant threads that hold their colour wash after wash. We recommend washing in cold water and turning the t-shirt inside out for best results.
How do I care for my Luxureign t-shirt?
Wash in cold water, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach. Do not iron directly on the embroidery. Air dry for best results.
How do I choose the right size?
If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit. For any sizing queries, feel free to contact us on WhatsApp at +91 7405724755 and we'll help you choose the right size.
Packaging
What is the Luxureign packaging?
Every Luxureign order arrives in a signature matte black tin — solid, minimal, and premium. It comes with a personal message card and a seed inside.
What do I do with the seed?
Plant it in the tin! Add a little soil, water it, and the tin becomes a pot. The experience continues growing long after the t-shirt is worn.
Is Luxureign packaging eco-friendly?
Yes. The tin is reusable and the seed is our way of giving something back — a small symbol of growth and sustainability.
Is the packaging suitable for gifting?
Absolutely. The matte black tin presentation makes every Luxureign order a ready-to-gift experience — no extra wrapping needed.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes — COD is available across India. Pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Can I pay using EMI?
Yes. EMI options are available on select credit cards through Razorpay at checkout.
