Do you offer free shipping across India?
Yes — we offer free shipping pan India on all orders. No minimum order value required. We deliver to 27,000+ pin codes across every city and state in India.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days across India. Metro cities may receive orders sooner. You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship across all of India?
Yes, we deliver to all cities, towns, and states across India — including Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities. Free shipping on every order, no exceptions.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your delivery in real time.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on delivered orders. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will resolve it immediately — please see below.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We sincerely apologise for any such error. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and we will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no questions asked.
How long does a refund take?
Refunds for damaged or incorrect products are processed within 5–7 business days after verification. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

What fabric are Luxureign t-shirts made from?
All Luxureign embroidered t-shirts are made from 100% pure cotton — breathable, soft, and perfectly suited for India's climate across every season. No polyester blends, no shortcuts.
Is the embroidery on Luxureign t-shirts real or printed?
It is real machine embroidery — not screen printing, not heat transfer, not iron-on patches. The stitches are raised, tactile, and precise. You can feel the difference the moment you touch it.
Will the embroidery fade after washing?
No. We use fade-resistant threads that hold their colour wash after wash, wear after wear. We recommend washing in cold water and turning the t-shirt inside out for best results.
How do I care for my Luxureign embroidered t-shirt?
Wash in cold water, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Avoid bleach. Do not iron directly on the embroidery. Air dry for best results. Proper care ensures the embroidery and fabric stay fresh for years.
How do I choose the right size?
