- We currently ship within India only — across all cities, states, and towns.
- We deliver to 27,000+ pin codes across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 cities in India.
- We are working on expanding our services and will update you as international shipping becomes available.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available across India — pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep.
- No advance payment required for COD orders.

6. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

7. Damaged or Lost Items
- If your Luxureign order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- Send us a photo of the damaged item via email or WhatsApp and we will resolve the issue immediately with a replacement or full refund.

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses.
- We only ship to verified addresses within India.
